How much does a carriage ride cost?

How long is a carriage ride?

20 to 25 minutes. Total process takes about 30 minutes. Allow a little extra time for yourself to enjoy the horses up close and take a few pictures.

How do I get to the horses?

Just click on the location icon and maps will direct you to Nichols and Pennsylvania

Where should I Park?

The Plaza has over 12 thousand free parking places. There is a parking garage between Victorias Secret and California Pizza Kitchen on Pensylvania. This is directly behind where the horses line up.

What about the weather?

Can you tell us where to call to control the weather. We live in Kansas City and often times the weather is unpredictable. We always take into consideration the safety of you the customer and the horses. We want you to have fun but Sometimes we just can't run because of the heat rain ice snow or lightning. One customer suggested building a dome over the entire Plaza.

What days of the week do you operate?

Weather permitting, Feb 4 thru Nov 26 -Thursday, Friday and Saturday, As the days get warmer our days increase. Please call to make a reservation.  Holiday times and hours ( Nov 26th - Jan 17th) are listed under "Holiday Tab". 

What time are the horses on the Plaza?

Holiday Season start time is 5:00 p.m / Off Season start time 6:00 p.m.  Call for reservations.

Can I go anywhere on the Plaza?

 Carriage rides are highly regulated by the city. We have designated routes on the Plaza. If you have other questions please call for clarification.

I want to get engaged, can I do this on the carriage?

Of course, countless couples have said yes right there in the carriage. Others have actually said their I do's while on the ride. It's your special day, we try to make it even more special.
